Pasión y futuro

Nuestra pasión por los sabores auténticos y la tradición nos ha llevado a crear un destilado único, elaborado con el mejor grano y envejecido en barricas de carballo (roble gallego).

Cada botella de Bodega Piay es el resultado de un proceso artesanal, donde cuidamos cada detalle desde la selección de la materia prima hasta el embotellado final.

Nuestro primer destilado

Nuestro primer whisky, fruto del destilado de maiz gallego y un año de envejecimiento, es una invitación a descubrir los matices y la complejidad de un espíritu gallego.

Con un aroma intenso a cereales y notas ahumadas, y un sabor suave y equilibrado, este whisky es perfecto para disfrutar solo, con una calidad similar al whisky comercializado.
